Live Game Streaming

You may submit videos of the play of this work (any video that captures the play screen) without permission as long as it is within the following conditions.

Limited in nonprofit purposes. However, you may monetize your contributions through the "Creator Encouragement Program" and "Nico Nico Channel" of Nico Nico Douga/Live Broadcasting, "YouTube Partner Program" of YouTube, "Premium Subscription" of X (Twitter), and other services that allow you to monetize your contributions.
Illustration CG (Illustrations covering the entire screen) included in this work must not be enumerated.
Here, "Enumeration" refers to the inclusion of at least one illustration per approximately 3 minutes of video.
For live game streaming, the guidelines in "Derivative Works" below will also be applied.

Screenshots

You may submit screenshots of this product without permission as long as they are within the following conditions.

Submission of screenshots of illustration CG (illustrations that cover the entire screen) included in this work is prohibited.
In relation to the following guidelines for derivative works, it is recommended that screenshots be marked with a copyright notice such as "Copyright 666 (Store 6-3)".
Please use the optional setting in this work to automatically add a copyright notice to screenshots.
For screenshots, the guidelines in "Derivative Works" below will also be applied.

Derivative Works

Secondary productions of this work may be made without permission, whether commercial or non-commercial, under the following conditions.
Hereafter, We will refer to derivative works as "Creations" and the creators of derivative works as "Actor".

You may not publish your creations in a manner that would mislead the public into believing that this product is your work.
You may not publish your creations in a manner that would mislead the public into believing that I am the author of your creations.
No specific ideological, political, or religious statement is to be made by the creation.
Any item that is deemed to damage the image, honor or dignity of us(Store 6-3), this product, or a third party.
The creation must not be intended for the purpose of profiting from something other than the creation itself (e.g., to recommend the purchase of a particular product).
Not contain depictions of rape (sex without consent), brainwashing control, or murder (including direct and indirect).

Disclaimer

We shall not be liable for any disadvantages that the actor may suffer as a result of posting the above-mentioned videos, screenshots, or derivative works.

Prohibited Matters

The following acts are strictly prohibited.

Uploading this product, in whole or in part, on a network without permission.
Selling this product in any form. Or provide it to a third party, whether gratuitously or not.
Reverse engineering of this product.
